Utilization of Pediatric Assessment Feeding Tools in Clinical Practice

Join us to hear Ms. Cara McComish, Ph.D., CCC-SLP, as she discusses “Utilization of Pediatric Assessment Feeding Tools in Clinical Practice.”  Through a discussion of the most up to date tools available for feeding assessments, participants will learn about clinical uses for feeding assessment tools in the care of young children. 

Learning Objectives:

As a result of attending this lecture, participants will be able to:

1. Describe at least three tools available for the assessment of feeding in children younger than 7 years of age

2. Explain two clinical uses for feeding assessment tools in the care of young children

3. Explain the scoring method and interpretation of the score for at least two feeding assessment tools
